Cheesy Potato Casserole

   2      cups          cottage cheese, creamed
   1      cup           sour cream
     1/3  cup           green onion -- sliced
   1      clove         garlic -- minced
   2      teaspoons     salt
   7      cups          potato -- cooked & diced
     1/2  cup           shredded cheddar cheese
                        paprika -- to garnish

Combine first 5 ingredients.  Fold in potatoes and pour in greased 1-1/2 
quart flat casserole dish.  Top with shredded cheese and paprika.  Bake at 
350 F. for 40 minutes.
